Setting up your server
6 questionsClick Install App in the nav (or the button below) to open the Discord OAuth page, select your server, confirm the permissions, and click Authorise. Wolf Grounds will join your server immediately.
Step 1 — Check Bot Permissions
Go to Server Settings → Integrations, find Wolf Grounds in your apps list, and make sure it has these channel permissions:
- Send Messages
- Embed Links
- Read Message History
- Add Reactions & Pin Messages
- Use Slash Commands
Step 2 — Grant the Bot a Role
Create a dedicated role (e.g. @Wolf Grounds Bot) or use an existing one. Assign it to the Wolf Grounds bot user and grant at minimum: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History. Manage Channels lets /setup build its channels for you, and Manage Roles is needed for private LFG voice channels. Administrator works too if you prefer to keep it simple.
Step 3 — Add Your First Player
In any channel the bot can read, run:
/discord join [player_name]
Example: /discord join ShroudTV
The bot will verify the player exists in PUBG, add them to your roster, and automatically attempt to link their Discord and Twitch accounts if the names match.
Step 4 — Grow Your Roster
Repeat /discord join for each player. Share the command with your admins to build the roster faster. Use /discord list to see all tracked players, and /discord remove [player_name] to remove one.
Tips
- Player names are case-sensitive — copy the exact PUBG username.
- Each Discord server has its own independent roster — adding a player here doesn't affect other servers.
- Rather use the website? Sign in to THE DEN with Discord. It shows a setup checklist for your server, and you can add players, choose what gets posted and more from there.
- Need help? Join our support server or ping LSnakeX2.
THE DEN is your home on Wolf Grounds. Sign in and it's where you land: one place for your profile, your stats and any Discord servers you run.
For every player
- Home: your profile card, your last matches and your latest Wolf Reports, with a Watch button for each clip.
- Profile: link Steam, your PUBG name, Twitch, YouTube, Kick and your socials, and choose what shows on your public player card.
For server owners and admins
- A setup checklist and health checks for each server, so you can see what still needs doing.
- Add players, link their Discord and Twitch, choose what Wolf Grounds posts, write and schedule posts, create Discord Events, moderate members and see every change made.
You can sign in with Discord or Steam. Managing a server needs Discord, and you'll see servers where you're the owner or have Administrator or Manage Server. Signed in with Steam? You can connect Discord from THE DEN any time.
Open it from the menu at the top right of any page, or go to wolfgrounds.com/den.php.
/discord join <PUBG player name> in any channel your bot has access to. Anyone with permission to use slash commands can add names. Server admins can also add and remove players from the server's Roster page in THE DEN. Each Discord server maintains its own independent roster — adding a player in one server does not affect any other server the bot is in./wolf set-goal to create a server-wide stat target — for example, "reach 500 combined kills this week" — that the entire roster works toward together. Use /wolf challenge <player> to kick off a 7-day head-to-head stat duel between two specific players, tracked live in your server.Stats & Skill Grade
5 questionswolfgrounds.com/player/yourname./stats player or /stats leaderboard you can filter by any combination of squad size and perspective to get exactly the numbers you want. The Skill Grade is a letter from F to S that rates how much you contribute in each match. It measures how well you play, not how much you play, so grinding more matches won't raise it by itself.
What it rewards
- Combat: kills, damage and headshots
- Teamplay: assists and reviving your squad
- Winning: chicken dinners
- Survival: reaching the late game and the top 10
Team kills and self-eliminations count against you.
What the letters mean
Grades compare you with every player Wolf Grounds tracks this season: S is about the top 1%, A the top 5%, B the top 25%, C around the middle, D the bottom 25%, and F the bottom 10%.
Good to know
- You need at least 5 matches in a mode this season to be graded. Fewer than that is too small a sample to be fair.
- From 5 to 9 matches it's an early grade: it leans toward the middle until you've played 10, so one great or rough night can't swing it too far. Early grades have a dashed outline and show how many of those 10 matches you've played.
- Your overall grade averages every mode you've played 10+ times, with each mode counting equally. Until one of your modes reaches 10, it uses your early grades instead.
- Tap your grade on your stats page to see your four areas and how close you are to the next letter.
- The exact formula is kept private, so the grade can't be gamed.
Streams, highlights & Ask AI
3 questions/twitch add <streamer username> to subscribe a Twitch channel in your server. When that streamer goes live playing PUBG, Wolf Grounds automatically posts an alert in your configured channel with a link to the stream. The bot uses smart de-duplication so you won't get spammed if the streamer goes live and offline multiple times in quick succession./wolf ask, or on the Ask AI page on this site without needing Discord at all.Membership & rules
