What the grade is
The Skill Grade is a letter from F to S that rates how much a player contributes in each match. It measures how well you play, not how much you play, so grinding more matches won't raise it by itself.

What the letters mean
Grades compare you with every player Wolf Grounds tracks this season:
- SAbout the top 1%
- AThe top 5%
- BThe top 25%
- CAround the middle
- DThe bottom 25%
- FThe bottom 10%
What it rewards
- Combat: kills, damage and headshots.
- Teamplay: assists and reviving your squad.
- Winning: chicken dinners.
- Survival: reaching the late game and the top 10.
Team kills and self-eliminations count against you. The exact formula is kept private, so the grade can't be gamed.
How many matches you need
- You need at least 5 matches in a mode this season to be graded in it.
- From 5 to 9 matches it's an early grade, shown with a dashed outline. It leans toward the middle until you've played 10, so one great or rough night can't swing it too far.
- Your overall grade averages every mode you've played 10 or more times, each mode counting equally.
How to raise your grade
- Open your grade card: it names your weakest area and how close you are to the next letter.
- Play for the whole match. Finishing deep counts, not just early kills.
- Pick up and revive your squad, and help on their fights.
- Use Compare on your stats page against a friend to see where they're ahead.
